Grant Opportunities

Engaging programs to help our partners bring out the best in their boards, staff, and communities.

SEE Learning Cohorts

Our Learning Cohorts are the place for nonprofit professionals to learn the Supportive Environments for Effectiveness (SEE) framework alongside peers in an engaging, collaborative environment. Participants gather for sessions led by our SEE coaches and are usually a mix of virtual and in-person meetings. We offer cohorts to both nonprofit professionals as well as cohorts tailored specifically to volunteer engagement professionals.

During the training, your SEE coach will help you apply the framework by crafting a small experiment. You can learn about past participants’ small experiments on our Partner Stories page.

How and Why We Fund

Our cohorts offer in-kind professional development training for nonprofit professionals in a peer-learning environment. We award additional grant funds to participating organizations to acknowledge both the time and effort they are committing to joining a cohort and applying the SEE framework to organizational challenges. It’s all part of supporting our mission to increase nonprofit impact.

SEE Action

Grants Program

These funds support small, independent projects by organizations and reDirect affiliates with an existing working knowledge of the SEE framework. The projects test new applications for the SEE framework and/or contribute to expanding and refining it through research and case studies.

How and Why We Fund

We want to keep the door open to allow the SEE framework to reach more corners of the nonprofit sector, independent of our cohorts. The goal remains the same. Supporting greater nonprofit impact by helping organizations create more supportive environments for their people.

Who Can Apply?

These grants are typically offered by invitation only. If you are a current or past collaborator with reDirect, and you would like to discuss this opportunity, please contact us.
