We combine the perspective of a consultancy with the support of a foundation to help nonprofits thrive while advancing our collective understanding of supportive environments. We carry out the following activities to make this approach a reality.
Coaching
We coach our grantees—we prefer to call them partners—in the science that informs our model and collaborate closely as they start experimenting within their organization.
Connecting
Sometimes, the most valuable learning comes from sharing experiences with peers. Our partners can move through our process together as part of a grantee learning cohort.
Collaborating
We learn from the work of our partners every day. We help them bring out the best in their team, and they help us continuously expand our thinking.
Changing the Status Quo
We actively work to spread Supportive Environments for Effectiveness so more people can start to view and address their challenges in new ways.
